We are lonely because we are choosing to be lonely
Yes you are right, I was also feeling lonely but when I joined some sports and reduced my screentime then problem get solved and also I have good friends not the surface level friendship
Join any sport, reduce your screentime, read some books, try to make some authentic friends and walk with then without any reason, visit any park and just watch the beauty of nature
I have few suggestions to overcome from this -

I had heard that 2024 was the hottest year on earth in the past 1 lakh years. Shocking!!! this is all due to our greed which result into climate change
Yes, climate change is the biggest problem in our generation and its happening right now. When it was needed to stop it then at this critical point of time global leaders are doing nothing and even withdrawing their hands from stopping climate change. That's extremely sad

Valentine's Day is celebrated on February 14 to honor Saint Valentine, a Christian martyr from the 3rd century. Saint Valentine is believed to have died on February 14, around the year 269 or 270 AD, after being martyred in Rome under Emperor Claudius II. According to tradition, he was executed for secretly performing Christian marriages and defying the emperor’s ban on marriages for young men. This date later became associated with romantic love, evolving into the modern Valentine’s Day. Amazing fact!!!

Do you know about 125000 years ago during the time of interglacial period the earths temperature was about 1.5 C and in 2024 the earths temperature was more than 1.5 C. Means Catastrophe of climate is going on!
